Returns Policy

  1.  "If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete condition, kindly submit a return request through the TaqMall app or website. Please ensure the return request is made within 10 days from the delivery date.

  2. If you face any issues with electronic appliances and mobile phones after the specified return policy period, kindly verify whether the product is eligible for coverage under the seller's warranty or the brand's warranty.   3. We do allow returns due to a change of mind for certain categories. Please check the section titled "Return Policy per Category" below for additional details.

Valid reasons to return an item

  1. The received item is either damaged, indicating physical destruction or breakage, or defective, unable to power on.

  2. The received product is not complete, (missing items and/or accessories)

  3. The delivered product is incorrect (ex, the wrong product/size/color, a fake item, or an expired product)

  4. The delivered product does not match with given description and picture

  5. The delivered product does not fit properly (unfitting size)

Conditions for Returns

  1. The item should be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, wear, washing, or defects. For fashion items, trying on the product to calculate the fit is acceptable and still qualifies as unworn. 

  2. Include the original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, invoices, and accessories with the product.

  3. Return the product in its original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging or box. If the item was initially delivered in Taqmall packaging/box, ensure to use the same packaging/box for the return. Avoid applying tape or stickers directly onto the manufacturer's packaging/box.

    Issuance of Refunds

    1. The processing time of your refund varies based on the refund type and the payment method employed.

    1. The refund period/procedure starts when Taqmall has processed your refund according to your refund type.

    1. The refund amount includes the price of the item and the shipping fee related to the returned product.

    Refund Types

    Taqmall  will process your refund according to the following refund types

    1. For returns, the refund is initiated after your item is successfully returned to the warehouse and passes the quality check (QC). To understand the return process, please refer to our Return Policy.

    1. Refunds for canceled orders are automatically initiated once the cancellation is successfully processed.

    1. Refunds for failed deliveries commence when the item reaches the seller. Please be aware that the duration may vary depending on the location of your shipping address.

    Modes of Refund


    Bank Deposit

    The provided bank account details must be accurate, and the account must be active with a sufficient balance.

    Debit Card or Credit Card

    If the refunded amount does not appear on your card statement following the completion of the refund and after receiving a notification from Taqmall, kindly contact your bank.

    bKash / Rocket / Nagad Mobile Wallet

    Similar to a bank deposit, the amount will be refunded to the same mobile account details that you inserted at the time of payment.

    Refund Voucher

    Vouchers will be sent to the customer's registered email ID on Taqmall and can be redeemed against the same email ID.
